Established in 2015, Making the Difference (MTD) is an Indian non-profit organization founded by Mr. Deepak Vishwakarma, with the aim and determination to bring a difference in the environment and life of the needy especially, underprivileged children. 

Today, the NGO is working through the concept of WHEEL- the mission of raising menstrual awareness by Project Lajja, providing nutrition and healthcare to the disadvantaged by Kill Hunger, donating blood through BloodDoNation, Project GyanDaan which aims at fighting illiteracy by our Open Schools, and environment-related projects like Kinaara (beach-cleaning) and Shoonya (Waste Management)

Our Vision

Our foresight of 50 years ahead is a country free of NGOs. We endeavour to build a promising future for the poor by breaking this vicious cycle of poverty and social isolation. We believe to restore hope so that every person can have access to resources and opportunities.MTD is committed to exterminating these miserable conditions prevailing in our nation so that people can have a dignified life and become active members of society.

Providing education, clothing, food, and medical help to school-age children
Providing health and nutritional training for families and parents of deprived children
Helping communities in deprived areas through micro-enterprise and sustainable  gardening projects
Provide nutritious food to school children which can improve attention spans and comprehension levels

Our Mission

Environmental Care is also a part of our mission because every effort will conserve nature and make this planet green once again. Our NGO is working constantly to mend the walls of nature through tree plantations, cleaning coastal areas and raising awareness about waste management.
